SongbirdGarden Disappointing Experience with SongbirdGarden: Rude Customer Service and Ignored Return Policy

I checked out the reviews for this company, and let me tell ya, they ain't so great. People are sayin' that the folks over at SongbirdGarden can be real rude, and they don't even follow their own return policy. Now, I bought me some hummingbird feeders from 'em, and guess what? They started leakin' right outta the box! So, I thought I could just exchange 'em for some that actually work, but nope, they wouldn't even do that for me. Ain't that somethin'?
