SITE123 Email box

The emails arriving in my email box are disappearing. All the messages I had in my inbox also disappeared. I have been in constant contact with site123 on a daily basis, but to no avail. I have now gone 31 days without a working email box for my business. I can not talk to technical people, they get all their information 2nd hand. They apparently can not fix the problem, but will not admit such. I had this problem about 2 yrs ago, and they had it fixed by the next day.

Desired outcome: I would like to get my mailbox working.
