I had a bad experience with Shooters World
I had a bad experience with Shooters World. I bought a TRGL-Laser Sight-Micro-Green on 12/10, but it had a problem the very next day, on 12/11. The salesperson, James, was helpful, but the store manager was arrogant and unreasonable. I paid $145.51 with my Master Card.
When I approached the store manager to exchange the faulty laser sight, he refused and told me it was my problem to deal with the manufacturer. It was really frustrating. Even three different employees expressed their concern for my situation, but they said that's just how the store does business.
I want to warn other buyers to be careful when dealing with Shooters World. They don't stand behind the products they sell, and their store policy is unreasonable.
