Sheets Central-Air Heating - Cooling - Plumbing

Had Sheets fix my septic main line. They were on time, nice, and did the job good. I liked that they gave me a price range at first. When they finished, the bill was less than the first price. Don't like hiring plumbers, but this was a good experience. Don't want to need a plumber again, but if I do, I'll call them again!

I had trouble with my air conditioner and called Sheets air conditioning. They sent a technician who only checked the capacitors and replaced them. He didn't check the cooling fan motor and took the replaced parts with him. When I used my air conditioner on a hot day, it had the same problem. I called Sheets again and they sent two technicians, one of whom was rude and belligerent. I sent a letter to the general manager but never heard back. I am out $200 and my air conditioner still doesn't work. Sheets didn't express remorse and didn't solve my problem.
