Seneca College

I applied to Seneca College on December 4, 2016. During the application process I paid the application fee 65 CAD two times because their system was broken and I was told the payment failed. But I checked my credit card payment details and I saw the double payment and immediately contacted with Seneca on that night.

I was told that I will have my money back at the end of the election process. Months later, I learnt that I wasn’t admitted. So that was the time to get my money back for the second payment.

Since April 2017, I sent them many screenshots from my bank details and proved that I paid two times, but they say that they can’t see my second payment on their accounts and they are investigating the situation. From now, I don’t believe that they are investigating, I can see that they just won’t give my money back.

If you think about applying to Seneca College, keep in mind that they are not honest and fair. They can take your money, and tell you lies.
