SC Parts Group paid and not received my parts

Three months ago I ordered a hood cover for Jaguar E-Type in SC Parts Group.
I gave my credit card details to confirm my order and I have not received the order .
Every day I send emails to ask to my order and they say that it's coming.
They don´t cancel the order, don´t return the money and I don´t have the part.

I do not recommend this company
They are liars
Very very bad service !

SC Parts Group parts supply for ah sprite

Request for parts for AH Sprite

28/8 Requested parts. 4 x valve seat inserts, 2 x gearbox interlock WASHERS.

30/8 Requested amount paid.

1/11 Parcel recd containing 2 x valve seat inserts & 2 x interlock COLLARS with part nos which have no relationship to the relevant gearbox.

2/11 Email sent re above . CL requested photo of valve seat inserts. Photo sent showing part no. Copy of BMC parts catalogue gearbox page with correct and incorrect parts annotated.

30/11 Request for payment received

1/12 Payment sent - incorrectly as I had already paid for the parts.

To date No correct parts, no refund, no correspondence.

Do they know what they are doing?

SC Parts Group STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

We are a Belgian company that rebuilds engines. We did business with SCparts for years. Unfortunatly we don't know what is happening now. They lie, they scam, take money from your creditcard for things they don't send ... and the list goes one.
This company is one to AVOID. They scammed us for thousands of pounds and we are very anxious to get this back one way or another.

There is a facebookgroup regarding this and we feel this is a good way to get things started to stop them. Join there, spread the word in local internetforums ... do whatever you can so unknowing people don't have go trough this.

SC Parts Group Delivery failure

Have two incidents with this company! Three years ago I ordered 12 pistons to my Jaguar. In that case I got the parts, but three different brands with over 20 grams difference, therefore not usable. After returning these they lied for two months about the shipment of new ones, ending up with the info that they could not find new ones. After waiting for all that time, I called SNG Barratt and got 12 new ones the next day! I never got the money back, but succeded in getting some parts instead, though in the end I lost on the deal.

Last Oktober I decided to give them a second chance, even if I suspected that it could go wrong. I needed a very special part, a gulp valve not possible to buy new, and they claimed to have one exchange unit in stock. This was even stated in their parts list! They charged me £ 208 the day after, and I sent my old unit to them. After that the story repeats itself. Only lies and no part. Everytime I call, the part is definitly on it´s way. I have now sent the matter to my lawyer!

I have just had the same from SC parts, they took 2 weeks to send the wrong parts, promises, promises, promises, charged me twice ( overcharged on carriage) and then charged me more money on my VISA a week later for nothing, I asked for a refund, they would only give me one if I sent a copy of my VISA statement !... no chance. I have since spoken to other people in my club, who have had the same experience with them and had to cancel their cards, Now cancelled my card and took it up with VISA direct, much hassle. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS RIP OFF COMPANY, and if you have ever dealt with them ... watch your VISA statement !

I ordered parts for an MGC and was assured that the parts were available and would be sent the following day. Despite repeated phone calls it took about ten days for the parts to arrive. The parts were for an MGB and not for an MGC This was reported to the company immediately and I telephoned. I was told that the correct would be sent. I phoned several day...

SC Parts Group Items paid for and not received & failed to refund money

SC Parts took my bank card details and charged my card for the goods I ordered. They promised delivery next day and indeed I paid for the next day service.

I never received the goods from SC Parts and now I have lost over £2000 and having to go to court to recover this.

I have heard the same stories now from many people who dealt with SC parts group. They once had a good reputation but now they are apparently a company to avoid, making promises and in my opinion giving false information.

Avoid SC Parts is my advice !

Well - it has been weeks for me now and SC Parts Group still have not sent my parts or refunded me the money. I've had other emails from various readers here - all saying the same - so its best that all people get together here to tell the truth about them.

Now more that one Month and I still am owed a lot of money by this firm... TO ALL who think about using them - DON'T !

Definitely the worst company I have ever tried to buy car parts from in over 50 years in the motor trade. DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM.
If they told the truth it would be accidental.
Had to use PAY PAL to get money refunded.
I wish I had read the reviews on SC PARTS GROUP before ordering from them.
I hope they go out of business soon.

Ordered brake kit from UK office. Supplied wrong part, returned personally. Then told I would have to wait for refund until they return the part to German office. Have contacted credit card company for refund. Note UK office does not hold stock, it is only a small office, not a warehouse.

SC Parts have also let me down with a starter, twice. The first issue involves a starter sent to FL and then returned b/c of a missing Suite # in the address. SC Parts claim to have never received the part back from DHL. I purchased a second starter that they promised would fit the MG based on the serial #, year and all the data they requested and I supplied and the starter DOES not fit. I agree with the other unhappy clients, that once they have the $$$, let the chips fall where they may. They will not refund a penny, nor wiill they make the effort to provide a partial settlement to at least appease a customer. I think their motto is "Get the Money and then let it ride"

Bought a lot of parts for my healey and always been good, the guys are always happy to help and always have time for them at shows like the goodwood revival, festival of speed, they also try to find parts that nobody else would,

Hi, I ve been working with SC Parts for quite while, at least three restorations. And apart from sometime pretty good prices I must say that I liked the catalogues, the quality and the availability of parts. Well, sometimes the parts took a bit longer than promised, but I always got them. It should be common sence that let's say the upholstery for an E-type in an unusual colour is not a stock item. And if it takes even a few month to get hands on it, well at least I got it. Ask the Facel Vega drivers if they get any of their parts online or on the phone.

I have had nothing but good service from this company. Yes, some of the items seem to be slightly more expensive than other suppliers, but they have always delivered on time and parts as requested. They have never taken money before the order was sent, only one small complaint, it took seven weeks to refund for a Clutch that I ordered incorrectly, so that was partially my fault..

I asked them for a front screen seal for a jaguar xj6 series 1, they said that there was only one for the car, i spent 8 hours trying to fit it then gave up, phoned xj restorations for advise, they said there are 2 seals and to get it from sng barrett, i then fitted the new one in 2 hours, they were not interested in anything I had to say when I called sc parts back, they are a bunch of idiots, i would avoid them like the plague, the dirrerence between them and sng are like night and day, i will never have any dealings with them again no matter how desperate I am, seriously avoid them.

I've never ordered from them but judging by their Internet behaviour (they are spammers) I'm not surprised at these complaints.

I get a wrong part, and was in a hurry to have the good one, I paid again for the good one and send back the other, after 3 month, I still wait my refund... and of course no answer to my mails
