Rocket Mortgage review: Terrible customer service and terrible accounting

I was told in 2026 that they were going to place a lender insurance (which) they did. Then a month later they said I owned another 8400k for a policy they forgot to tell me from 2024 - 2025. My mortgage has since more then doubled for no fault of my own.

What scam they are pulling deceiving consumers with shady accounting and zero transparency.

Help!
