Despite the $240.00 Premium package I was left with translated documents that required a great deal of correction. I translated from Arabic to English. It looks great at first, then I found missing sentences, half titles, missing bullet points. All of which forced hours extra of my time to translate bit by bit using Google free translation service.

Please provide , at least, a partial refund of half the cost, if not all the $240.00. Before buying the premium package I purchased $9.74 but was told need more credits, so I paid $19.50 and it needed more credits, so then I bought the premium package. I accept the $29.24 as my own mistake. But had I seen the inaccurate translations I would never have bought the $240.00 subscription.
