Republic Services review: There are no human beings that work there

I have been trying to get them to pick up their dumpster for a tenant that moved out over a year ago. Nobody is taking responsibility and I have been on hold waiting for a person for over an hour now. I believe my only alternative is to have this moved to another location and then somebody else will make them come and pick it up. This is the worst trash company I have ever worked with in my 30 years of commercial property management.
