Pool project has not been completed and I have not been refunded the money asfter deleting water feature plumbing from project. Signed contract and with Renaissance and paid $1000 down payment on July, 29 2019. Estimated completion date given was in early January. The project took much longer than expected. Durring the construction we deleted the water feature plumbing making the project total $52,040. The Pool loan we took out was for $52,000 to make a grand total of $53,000 paid to contractor including down payment. The final loan Payment was sent on April, 13 2020. At this time the only remaining project was to complete WiFi smart panel. I sent them an email asking about the refund for the overpayment and when they would finish the smart panel. I was told once the office manager receives all the paper work they would mail me a check and it could take a few weeks. As for the smart panel I was told constantly changing stories. First they needed to find their persons number, then it was out of service, then someone else was gonna do it, then there were family emergencies, then the Pentair Rep, was going to do it. After repeatedly asking about these issues I have gotten nowhere. I sent a demand letter via certified mail on May, 9 2020 asking them to again complete the smart panel and refund my payment. Now as of June, 2 2020 I still have not been refunded anything and the smart panel is still not complete.
