Disappointed with RCPW's Restocking Fee for Toro Mower Handle
So, I was looking for a handle for my Toro mower and I stumbled upon RCPW. I found the part I needed, but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one. It's not easy to find the right part for Toro mowers, you know what I mean? Anyway, I decided to send it back and get the right one. But guess what? They wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee! Can you believe it? It's just a metal rod, for crying out loud! I mean, come on, RCPW, that's ridiculous! I'm never going to use this company again. I mean, I understand that they have to make money, but this is just too much. I'm really disappointed.
