I got a key from this company to be a backup for my original one

I got a key from this company to be a backup for my original one. The key was supposed to open my doors when it was close, but it didn't work. It was also hard to start my car with it. They brought a new key, but the lock guy said it might not be the right one. I was mad because I had to stay home for nothing a few times. I asked for my money back, but they said no. They want me to wait longer for another key, which means more days off work. This is not okay.
