Peter Tyson Never again

In a nutshell. I am having some issues with this company.
They are well aware of that but do absolutely nothing for its resolution. I call them every week and ask how it is going, they only promise to call me back, but they never called me. I am so tired of this.
I never expected their customer service would give me such a hard time.
I am very frustrated and regret I dealt with you. Never ever again. Done with you.
