P & J Custom Window Coverings

I bought $10k worth of shutters from P & J Custom Window Coverings 7 and a half years ago. Because of covid, I haven't had any repairs done on my house in the last 2 years. The company is saying that their "lifetime" warranty only lasts for 7 years, so they won't cover the discoloration and warping that I'm seeing with the product. The contract I signed says that the lifetime is "about six years," but they expect their window coverings to last much longer with normal use. They're going back on that statement and not covering mine because they're over 7 years old (by a few months). They told me that their "lifetime" is 7 years, but I don't see anything other than what I attached in what they consider a lifetime. I was misled to believe that the shutters would last much longer, and when I called to have them repaired, I was told about the "7-year" policy. It's very misleading.
