Traing school does not deliver
I am a former student of this school. The following is my complaint. They do not deliver what they said they would in the way of training. Example... Sewing machine repair class. This was to be a one day class, it was not the class ended at 2.30 pm and not the 5 pm it was suppose to.The class was to be taught by Jane Keener certified SMR journeyman. It was not taught by her, it was taught by the sewing instructorwho is not a cdrtified journeyman. I also took the advanced sewing class. this five day class was missing a lot of the training that was listed on there syllabus.After seeing what was happening. I left the class and drove home . I asked them for a refund and they refused.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
