These guys must be lazy, incompetent, or dishonest. Either way, I ain't gonna try doing business with them again. I signed up and ordered a prescription. I had my doctor's prescription and they asked me to send it electronically, which I did. Then, a week later, no prescription and no updates from MintRX. So, I asked about my order. They then asked me to send the hard copy of my prescription, which I did along with a copy of my order so they would have my name and order number. Another week went by and I asked again. They lost my prescription and asked for tracking info. Are these folks collecting prescriptions to illegally sell drugs with a stash of backup prescriptions or are they just plain dumb?

I'm really disappointed with this company. I've been on hormonal therapy for 10 years and never dealt with such incompetence. If you have POF or a more complicated hormonal issue, I don't recommend this company. If you decide to use them, ask for their credentials, because they don't seem to know what they're doing. When I decided to cancel the program, *** was rude, uncaring, and very unprofessional. She couldn't return my phone calls after I asked multiple times for a copy of my test results, and my month wasn't over yet, but she decided not to take my calls anymore. I was bleeding for 2 months non-stop, and they acted like it was nothing and it's normal. Again, I've been on hormonal therapy with real doctors, and that was never the case. I'm extremely disappointed in this company, and I didn't appreciate their carelessness.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I tried to buy prescription medication on this website and entered my credit card info. It said twice that my card was declined so I just left it at that. When I checked my bank app, I see TWO CHARGES OF $18! I have received no confirmation email of my purchase nor shipping info! I call the company all day and am always the '2nd inline' until they tell me to leave a message after waiting no more than five minutes. Later that night, I find their customer service email and email them. They refund my money immediately. The next day, today, I check and the two charges are back on my account, but they had been charged today. The original charge that had since been removed was for 4/20. Now, I have another charge on 4/21 for two charges of $18. I finally got through to customer service and the representative says they have NO INFO ON ME OR ANY PURCHASE! How did they make the second charge if they have no info? She tells me to wait for the charge to go through and see if it's a 'glitch from the bank.' When I ask her if they will be able to return my money, she claims they should be able to. I have emailed customer service twice now and am waiting for my money back. Am I going to have to call and email them every day? Do they think I don't check my bank account so they could make me think they removed the charges and make them again. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This place has my prescription. Last month, they took forever to deliver it, like three weeks late. Now, I've been trying to reach them for a month, but no one is getting back to me. I really need my prescription filled or at least get my paper prescription back.

This pharmacy is so unorganised and has horrible customer service. I have called, texted (as they indicate you must do at times), and emailed numerous times regarding a prescription I had ordered on 1/29. After weeks of this, I finally requested they cancel my order and had my doctor call the prescription in to my local pharmacy. On 3/21, nearly 2 months after I placed my order, I received the order I had cancelled. I was charged for the item as well. I had already received the prescription from my local pharmacy so now I have an expensive script I don't need, have wasted a lot of time dealing with this company, and would never recommend them to anyone!

I bought $170.00 worth of stuff on 3/7. When I bought it, I filled out a medical form. Later, I got a text saying they needed the medical form. I told them I already sent it. They texted back saying they got it. Then I got an email saying they were working on my order. But I never got the stuff. When I asked for an update, they said they still needed the medical form. They emailed me a link, but it doesn't take me to the form. And you can't find the form on the website without buying something else. This is a scam, and I want my money back. Their no cancelation policy is a lie because they haven't even processed my order without the form. Give me my money back, please.

I'm really disappointed with Mint Pharmacy and Skin Clinic. I paid for a testosterone hormone kit and sent it in, but I never got my results. I tried calling and emailing them multiple times, but they never responded. It's a total scam! I bought the kit in late 2019 and it arrived a few months ago. I followed the instructions and sent in my blood samples. It's now 2020 and I still haven't heard anything back or received my results. When I called to inquire about it, a representative told me that someone would contact me, but no one ever did. I even asked for my results to be emailed to me, but still no response. I've sent several emails requesting my invoice number and order details, but I haven't received anything. I paid $89.10 for this and I want my results or a refund! I'm starting to wonder if they're using customers' DNA for illegal activities. What are they doing with our DNA samples? I want all the information related to my blood samples returned to me because it seems like this company is a fraud. They have all my personal information and access to my DNA samples. I thought they were a legitimate company, but now I need help getting my information back and I want this company to be investigated.
