Midwest ECM Repair

I called Midwest ECM Repair LLC to order an ECM. They let me place the order and took my payment. The next day, I called for more information and provided it. The employee, *** was a bit rude to my boss, but we still proceeded with the business. Later, we received a call from someone claiming that my boss had been disrespectful to the employee. However, my boss wasn't rude at all, and he didn't even make the payment or place the order. I explained this to the person at Midwest, but they kept calling and harassing me, trying to force me to give out my boss's information. I felt this was unnecessary since the transaction was already completed and the part was shipped.

When I checked the tracking information to see when the part would arrive, I discovered that it had been requested to be sent back to the shipper without any notification to me, and they had already taken my money. I called them back to ask why they did this and why I wasn't informed, but they refused to give me an answer. They also refused to tell me where my money was. The owner told me that if I didn't tell him who spoke to them, he wouldn't do business with me. This is unfair and unjustified. I asked for a better explanation, but he rudely told me to kiss his behind and said there was no need for me to even talk to them since it was so difficult to get in touch with this unknown party. He said they didn't want to do business with me and continued to refuse my requests.
