Yeah, I understand that you gotta pay for the course and all that, but having to pay extra for the certificate to be emailed to me was kinda whack. And get this, even after I completed the damn course they didn't even send me my certificate of completion!

It turned out that there was an error on my son's certificate, and - I kid you not - Janet outright refused to return the document to me, even though I explained that I needed it. Obviously, I wasn't too thrilled about that, and things started escalating quite quickly. I told Janet that if she didn't give me back the paper, I'd have to call the police for theft.

I showed them the written order from the judge, but they told me that it didn't matter. I was frustrated and confused as to why the lady at the front desk signed me up for the wrong course. The response I received from the staff member was unsatisfactory. They simply told me that she was new and should have known better.

To find a solution, I suggested transferring the $350 I had already paid towards the $850 for the correct course, but they refused. I was shocked and disappointed. They openly admitted to hiring staff who were not properly trained, and then refused to rectify the situation.

I contacted my attorney right away, and even after months of battling with Metro Traffic School, the situation remains unresolved. In my experience, the staff at Metro Traffic School are scammers, very rude, and lack empathy. I highly suggest going elsewhere for your DUI school needs.
