Meridian Furniture USA Haven dining table, sku: 726-t

Hi.. I have bought this table Haven Dining Table, SKU: 726-T. Three years ago. No one has touched it. Is it a manufacturing problem with this mode? l. Luckily no one was having dinner at that time, I have a video from my ring showing that it is exploded by itself. I really loved this table.. my wife is crying over it..
