My son was seen in the ER and for follow up I tried to get his medication that was prescribed and was treated like me nor my child's condition

My son was seen in the ER and for follow up I tried to get his medication that was prescribed and was treated like me nor my child's condition mattered. The unit coordinator I spoke with said I don't know what to tell you about my son getting the right treatment that their facility prescribed. After talking to a nurse who said the Rx couldn't be canceled and sent to another pharmacy because the provider on site refused to help and the provider who saw him was off duty! My son was diagnosed with pericarditis so his pain and condition are not made up as I was being treated! This was their diagnosis, so long story short if you want your loved ones taken care of please bypass this facility!
