Makarios Decor On 5/26/2022, I purchased a sign from Makarios Decor for $64.55

On 5/26/2022, I purchased a sign from Makarios Decor for $64.55. The sign, meant to display 'Best Dog House' and crafted from century-old wood, has not been delivered after nearly 3 months. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, including leaving a voicemail, I've received no response. Our email exchanges resulted in promises of the sign's imminent arrival, yet it has not been delivered. I have requested a refund to no avail and now find myself unable to reach the company.
