Mainstreet Equity I called the Calgary location of Mainstreet and talked to a lady for a bit

I called the Calgary location of Mainstreet and talked to a lady for a bit. I got confused and needed some clarification because the numbers didn't add up. I had to pay the bill by today, but I couldn't find a way to make the payment when the company hung up on me. The lady started being mean with her words and eventually hung up on me when I told her that I didn't like her yelling and the way she was talking to me. I asked her to calm down, but she just hung up.
