The agent for three times called and asked for money
My husband bought travel package from the company Madras Travels and Tours PVT Ltd. He bought 14 days vacation in India, and we were so excited. He paid for the order and got the confirmation email, but after 4 days the agent contacted us and told that we needed to pay more. He added some additional fees and we didn’t understand why. So he called and asked for more money for several times, but when we wanted to cancel the vacation, the agent suddenly hung up on us. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this company.
