Luvenus Jewellery Deliberate switching product at the time of delivery

On 29 Jan 2024 around 9.30 pm, we bought Suisse 1 Ounce Fine gold from Luvenus WZE (jewellery) at Singapore Changi AirportTerminal 3, before our flight from Singapore to Auckland for $3,078. We selected Legend of the Azure Dragon of the Lunar Legend Series, since it was a special one and insisted on that piece only. They said there was only one piece and collected the full price without any discount on that when asked for. Salesperson packed the item in the small paper pouch which had the dragon picture on top and seems to have quietly switched over the dragon piece to yet another normal one without our knowledge. After our arrival at Auckland, NZ we noted that the Dragon picture piece was changed over to the other one without our approval and knowledge, though we specifically insisted and bought – paid for the piece with dragon picture only.

While we believed that customers purchasing items would be given the items they selected and actually paid for, we were quite disappointed with this switching of the item, which seems to be an act of cheating by the salesperson (any one of the two who were there at the time of our purchase). Though it might be argued that it was same value, but the one selected and insisted upon not being provided when the reason for the purchase was the dragon picture for the 2024 Year of the Dragon amounts to taking the customer for a ride which was not expected at Singapore airport at all.

We wish to bring this to your notice and deal with it as appropriate considering this disappointed purchase experience by us which was not expected. We were not expecting to buy the other piece at all and the dragon was the reason for the very purchase.

Given below is the picture of the dragon (on the envelope) and the one delivered to us.

Around June 02 I order this heart shaped earrring the price was $200 with 10% discount so balance I had to pay $181 so I paid $30 so balance left with $151 since they say I got 6 month time to pay it, today September 26 I came to to pay full and take the my earring today so the people easily can say the earring is damage ask me to take another earring it's almost the same price but I had to pay another $164 so I feel like they are cheating my money if I don't get the answer about this issues I will need to make another complain about this company I am a singaporean. And your the customer service they very bad treated very low . Please educate your people there . Worst service I ever seen.

Luvenus Jewellery gold necklace

They sold me a Rose gold necklace by claiming as 22 carat pure gold necklace for the price S$1690(24.53 gms ) on Feb 19th at 11.15 pm before my departure to USA on SQ022 .

Rate was calculated on pure gold price plus making charges however the piece has rose gold leaves .
This is simply to cheat the customers who are about to depart your terminal and has no time to rethink or Google for the genuinity of the item as I thought in Singapore, no one cheats any, as your laws are very strict .
