LocalCoin.ca Not getting a receipt for my last transaction

Hi my name is Leslie and I used one of your machines at 1561Durham Region HWY #2 in Courtice Ontario. I was using the Bitcoin machine to send money for a bill. I followed the instructions all the way to last one. The first receipt I got back was #R81YBM for 900.00, my second one was R88MSR for 950.00, the times for these were 10:44:33 and 10:50:17 . This last one was for 150.00 but when I was finishing I noticed an error with my email so I corrected where I seen the error and pushed done. The screen went back to the original screen with the B and L on the front. I just didn't receive the last receipt and the company is looking for it. I need the to verify that it was payed, is there anyway you can help me with this or I'm going to have to pay it again. Thank you. Leslie Hunter . Email is leslie.[protected]@hotmail.com

Absolutely agree. Failed transaction and they tell you 1-3 business days they will send it manually. Well you may be lucky if it’s not Friday. As then let’s say it takes 7 days. Who knows what happen in that time. Locking your crypto should be a charge for fraud. Its hard to believe anyone needs 3 days to send you coins. We should stop using coin atm’s in Canada and find other solutions as obviously this doesn’t seem right.

LocalCoin.ca Bitcoin ATM

Went to do a bit coin sale at an ATM. Send my $800 worth of bitcoin. They told me afterwards that there wasn't enough money to cover that transaction. I have contacted support but still no help. This doesn't seem like the first time something like this is happened with those types of Bitcoin ATMs. There should be some sort of legal recourse that this many to satisfy customers could take. Still waiting on a call back from support. Should be getting interest for waiting this long. They're probably trying to flip my money before they give it back.

Desired outcome: At the very least I should get my money. Preferably there should be some interest tacked on for all the time I spent waiting. Also there should be some legal recourse that we can take for Miss representing their services.

LocalCoin.ca visa

I bought a visa online from this company. Put 5000cad worth btc on it. Was told it would be 2-5 business days for delivery. It's been 10 days since. I've emailed twice no reply. Says on the website 24hr call service. I called twice during business hours. Phone went to voicemail and even worse the mailbox was full. Not sure how the people are running this company. But I hope that me possibly losing $5000 will teach people not do business with this company. If anyone has any idea of how I can get my money back to a way to contact this company please contact me. LocalCoin.ca customer service

I made a transaction two nights ago, I accidently put in a ethereum address as I had been checking the blockchain wallet charts for it and somehow switched to it. I had no idea. So when I went to redeem my flexepin, it said invalid address format.
It took them until yesterday to tell me that. They said to send them the correct address and they would send it. Now today they tell me they are very busy and have to do a couple things to check that it's not a fraudulent activity.

I sent them the receipts of the flexepin, screen shots of the wallet address from my wallet that I accidentally put in when redeeming, screen shots of the flexepin redemption showing the confirmation code undernwath the ether wallet address, saying invalid crypto format, I sent a picture of the correct wallet address and the screen cap of it.

What else is there to possibly check? I may of made a mistake but it's very easy to send me my Bitcoin. I have spent a lot of money using local coin and they treat their customers like crap. I call and they pick up the phone and hang up. I just want my Bitcoin! I can't wait the weekend for it! This is really messing up my week.
Just send me my Bitcoin ! It's obviously not fraudulent and it's VERY easy!
After this I will never use local coin again. It's much less stress to go to the Bitcoin ATM. I mean honestly. Don't waste your money. If there's any kind of error it could take a week or weeks to get your Bitcoin.
I'd rather not enable bad customer service.
So now I will sit here watching it get closer to 7pm hoping they send me my Bitcoin soon so I can finally complete a really important transaction before it's too late.

LocalCoin.ca bitcoin scam - their atms are fraud

Local coin atm - Scam, Fraud, Dont use!

I put $945 into the machine at Yorkdale Mart 3261 Dufferin St North York, M6A 2T2, Canada. The money went into the machine but the transaction never sent a orange prompt came up to call a number or email help@localcoin.ca

I called the number on the machine and waited on hold for 5 minutes and no one answered. The owner of the store said the space is leased and to contact local coin directly.

I've been speaking with support for 4 days. They keep giving me the same stupid run around. They've held my bitcoin hostage and haven't released it to me. $1000 isn't an insignificant amount. They ignore my emails and just tell me to keep waiting. Essentially they've stolen $1000 from me because their machine had an error and they've failed to take responsibility for it so far.

I suggest you don't use this companies atms ever. It was a malfunction on their end and their support is horrible. They offer you vague answers and just tell you to wait.

They are clearly frauds and scammers. Stay away and use other bitcoin atms or localbitcoins.com it's fast and hassle free.

I went to a local coin BTM to do a sale transaction yesterday. I had to do two transactions because of the limit. The first one went through fine but the second one told me that there wasn't enough money in the machine to cover it. I called support who said that they would get back to me and do an etf. Nobody got back to me and I called support back today. He just took my name and number and told me that they would call me back today. Complete fraud they could be using my Bitcoin right now. I should be getting mad interest on this. Is there some legal recourse that us as dissatisfied customers could take?
