Lighthouse Management

This company is not fair. They accused me of throwing trash and cigarettes around my neighborhood, but I didn't do it. They sent me an email saying I did it, but when I looked outside, there was no trash or cigarette butts near my house. The owner of the company emailed me later and said they didn't know if it was me or not, but if it was, I should tell my friends to stop doing it. They should know it's against the law because they manage properties. They didn't have any proof that I did it, or who did it, so they should have sent a letter to everyone, not just me because I'm young and a minority.

I talked to someone at Lighthouse Management about the mailbox at Laveen Crossing. I talked to her a month ago and she said she would tell property management. I have talked to her every week for the past month and on July 1 she said nothing has been done yet. Our mailbox is broken and we can't get our mail. We have to drive to the post office to get our mail. This HOA doesn't seem to care if people get their mail or not. The person I talked to was very rude this last time. With gas prices so high, it costs me almost $20 a week just to get my mail.
