I had my house leveled in April by Level Home Foundation

I had my house leveled in April by Level Home Foundation. I had an appointment scheduled for August 26, 2022 at 9 am for them to come back out, but no one called or showed up on the day of my appointment. Since I've been working out of town, I reached out to them again when I returned home. I sent a message on Facebook Messenger on December 17, 2022, and received a response on December 18th asking me to call. I made calls on December 19th and December 22nd, leaving messages both times. Additionally, I posted on their business Facebook page on December 23rd, but I have yet to receive a response. I had to post my message on an old post because I was unable to post on their business page.
