LaPost.com Billing for subscription I don't recall doing.

Have been getting $24 billing each month on my Visa account since September 8, 2024. Transaction shows on list as LAPOST.COM ZGH Los Angeles. I never intentionally signed up for a subscription. This subscription should be cancelled!
I called and spoke with Customer Service person at LAPost without any positive result. Much explanation and inquiry on phone. Seemed he would/could not resolve complaint. Then he hung up on me!

Desired outcome: Please cancel subscription.

LaPost.com Efficient parcel delivery experience

I recently used La Poste for sending a package to a friend in another city. The process was straightforward, and the staff at the counter were helpful, guiding me through the options. I opted for the standard delivery, and to my pleasant surprise, the package arrived a day earlier than expected. The tracking system kept me updated, which eased my mind about the parcel's whereabouts. It wasn't a fancy experience, but it was reliable and fuss-free, which is exactly what I needed.
