Landmark Home Solutions I am sending this complaint on behalf of my father, a resident of Ontario

I am sending this complaint on behalf of my father, a resident of Ontario. My father has signed a contract for the installation of new front and patio doors on September 4th for $8122.44. At that time, he was told by the sales representative, Ryan, that the door would be delivered within an 8-10 week period. He paid $3000 as a down payment with the rest to be financed. It has now been approximately 18 weeks with no installation or provided date. Despite inquiries, no updates have been communicated. This lack of communication and delay is unacceptable, especially since work in our sector is permitted despite the pandemic. The sales representative committed to the timeline during the pandemic, so any delays cannot be considered unforeseen. We expect the contract to be honored within a reasonable timeframe, with proper communication regarding any issues.
