Lamelle Poor service from Lamelle Rep

I have recently opened my salon in Randpark Ridge, and I have had nothing but poor service from their one rep. Ive waited a year to receive my certificates from her, and have still not received them, and I have been using their products for over a year, and have now been told that apparently they cannot supply my salon, because another salon in the area gets preference. I think this is utter rubbish. I am a client just like everyone else, and should be treated accordingly. I am disgusted!

Did the laser removed the pigmentation in one session?

Lamelle definitely has some work to do, especially in their approach to handling complaints. Responding to all complaints, rather than just a few, is the key to success and a high rating, as all customers want to be heard. As for reviewers, we would advise reading resolved complaints to see how quickly they were addressed and what information Lamelle needed to resolve them.

I went to Skin Renewal Clinic in Parkhurst and after a doctor’s consultation, was advised to get a Lamelle Mela-T Peel in order to get rid of the pigmentation marks on my face.
