I received delivery last Friday 20/3/26, set the TV up nothing happens, no welcome wizard nothing appears. Tried all troubleshooting ideas, still nothing. I would like a replacement shipped immediately or full refund today. I did ask for someone to call me so it could be sorted, apparently there are no phones at Kogan.
Claimed loss: No TV, out of pocket around $650
Desired outcome: Full refund or replacement, but I would like this done in a speedy manner, a couple of days. I would like someone from Kogan to phone me please.

They picked up faulty TV today 25/3/26, said they would be sending replacement TV, don't know when that is happening.
