Phone ordered on the 8th of March 2026 Samsung refurbished S21Fe to be dispatch on the 10th of March 2026. Deliveried on the 12th of March 2026 but was not delivered to home address. I check the delivery information, and it was supposed to be delivered to Western Australia instead according to Australia post the package was delivered to a place in Victoria. I have tried to contact Kogan gave them all the information including the email from Australia post saying the wrong delivery address was on the package, the order number even what type of phone it is. That was on the 18th March and still waiting on a reply.
