unfair prices

Well to start with, we heat our home this winter with firewood, however our heat pump kicks on from TYM 2 TYM just 2 keep the rest of the house warmâ€¦

the fireplace is located Approximately 6 feet from the thermostat, so it Doesnâ€™t kick on that much and the rest of our home stays coolâ€¦

this summer our a/c was set 2 about 75-78degreesâ€¦this winter it is set on 70-72, but Doesnt kick on much, and we use firewood as i stated before and in November our bill was $121.77â€¦

our bill for December went to $211.46â€¦ how is this possible when we sit in the dark mostly and use firewood to heat with?

We are getting ripped off, my husband strips the coal that Ky power uses and then we turn around just 2 get ripped a new 1â€¦what can we do? The people here in eastern Ky need help but who can help us when u argue with the company on the phone just 2 b told to turn off the thermostatâ€¦
