Home not complete, won't fulfill warranty. They fired "certified dream builders" and we're left with an incomplete home. Kent agreed this was unacceptable and said they'd fix it by sending their own contractor, scheduled for early December. Then they cancelled the day before because they won't accept responsibility to finish the job or uphold their warranty. Customers told to sign document saying unfinished work is their responsibility. Homeowners didn't agree and asked for resolution as they shouldn't be held accountable for unfinished work. Kent refused contact since. Prior to this, numerous incidents were brought to Kent's attention given their contractor's incompetence. As a result, dream builders were fired. Unfortunately, homeowners are left with the work as no one will accept responsibility. Homeowners paid for a fully completed home. Given Kent's size, finishing the job their dream builders couldn't is beyond comprehension. Instead, they try to wipe their hands clean by ignoring their customers. Numerous letters and emails upon request. Deficiencies list can also be forwarded. Pls help us get what we were promised and paid for so we can move on from this terrible experience.
