Keith the Plumber

I had to call this business back to my house a bunch of times in the past 6 months 'cause they messed up and caused a lotta problems. 'Cause of their incompetence, my crib and ride got messed up, and even my mental state took a hit. The boss, Keith, ain't never bothered to come and fix or check his employees' work. Actually, he straight up lied to me on the phone 'bout scheduling and he don't give a damn 'bout his clients. The latest problem was when they replaced a shower valve that didn't even last a month and messed up my crib again. I had to take time off work multiple times just to meet them 'bout a plumbing issue that shoulda been fixed on the second visit, not the fifth. They took a little bit off the bill, but it ain't enough to make up for all the money and time I lost 'cause of their incompetence. They never talked to me or gave me an estimate for the work that needed to be done. Their employees just put temporary fixes on the plumbing issue.
