Italic I signed up for Italic and got some Italic Credits for inviting my pals

I signed up for Italic and got some Italic Credits for inviting my pals. I used them to buy Order ***. But then, out of nowhere, my order got cancelled. I asked why, and they said it was a fraud. I tried to ask again, but no one replied. And now, my account is gone forever.
