They didn't finish the installation of the doors
My wife hired the staff from Infinity Outdoor Living. They should install all doors in our new house and they got the deposit, so they would start to buy doors and we got the details, quote and everything seemed to be perfect. But these guys installed only 3 doors and told that they would need to bring additional equipment. After that day we haven’t seen them and they didn’t respond to our phone calls. They have our money and our doors, but we can’t even contact them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
