Immanuel Campus of Care

This place is not good for your loved ones. I stayed in the independent living section and my mom is in memory care. Before the lockdown in March , they moved all the memory care people to smaller apartments in the assisted living facility. They only gave my mom a couch, a coffee table, a TV, and some clothes. They were waiting to bring the rest of her furniture and photos because of Covid. When my sister was allowed to go through her apartment, she found it empty and being remodeled for offices. The director said a third party moved everything out and they lost the paperwork. My poor mother lost everything familiar to her, like photos of her grandchildren and children. This place should be closed down. I have horror stories from my 3 years living there. The health department should inspect the 9 buildings for faulty foundations. I wish I could take my mom out of there.

This place is bad news. They're hurting my brother and taking his stuff. I tried to talk to the boss but he wouldn't listen and told me to come get my brother if I don't like it. My brother can't move from the waist down and they hung up on me when I called back. I told the old people helpers but they didn't do anything. The cops came and didn't care either. I don't know what to do and I'm scared for my brother. Please help me.
