Called Hunter Douglas today for some very simple parts. Operator told me that you got new computers and im not in the your system anymore. After 15 minutes of describing the parts i needed the operator keep telling me there was nothing she could do but push me off to a dealer somewhere. I dont own a car and im disabled which is why i buy from companies with Guarantees and good service. These are very simple parts and even after describing the she told me to basically go elsewhere for help and assistance. about 10 years ago i called HUNTER DOUGLAS for much more needed parts and repairs and everything was taked care of in a short phone call. Apparently HUNTER DOUGLAS has changed and refuses to support there lifetime guarantee. Operator spent 15 minutes of time with any excuse answer to my needs and send me elsewhere. Very disappointed.

That's just heartbreaking — you relied on their promise and they've left you stranded. A lifetime guarantee should mean exactly that, no excuses about new computers. I'm so sorry you were treated this way, especially with your disability. I hope you can reach a local dealer who'll help without hassle; you deserve far better.
