I got a mail from Hopkins Hearing Institute offering to let me try a device and get a $50 gift card

I got a mail from Hopkins Hearing Institute offering to let me try a device and get a $50 gift card. I called to make an appointment and tried two hearing aids for a few weeks. I returned the device on June 6th, expecting to get the gift card as mentioned in the ad. I called twice and even went to the office yesterday to sort things out, but Ed refuses to return my calls or resolve the issue. This misleading ad and lack of communication on his part is definitely not good for his business. I did my part by trying the device, which wasn't satisfactory, but he backed out.
