Great garden plants is awesome! They got my plants to me real fast and they looked really good. They messed up one of the plants, but I called them up and they sent me a new one right away. We'll definitely be buying from them again!

This place is awesome for ordering your stuff. I got tomato, pepper and cucumber plants. I emailed them to ask about my order, which I made in the winter. They got back to me quick and said there was a little delay. I said thanks and my order came soon after. They packed it really good. I'll use them again. Nicholas from PA

I orderd from 2 other online plant places before and Great Garden Plants is the best. My plants came in the box and they looked like I got them from a store. They weren't in a bag of dirt that got thrown around and the boxes were good. The plants looked great when I took them out of the box. I would buy from them again!

I spent $80 on these plants and it was a bad experience. When I opened the package, lots of fungus gnats flew out. I had to take care of them and quarantine the plants. One of the plants looked sickly, so I took pictures and emailed them. They said it was normal and new sprouts would grow, but it eventually died. They refunded me for that plant, but they said they guarantee healthy and pest-free plants for 30 days. They didn't even mention the bugs coming out of the shipment. I've mostly gotten rid of the fungus gnats, but now I have aphids, red spider mites, and soil mites. I've tried everything to get rid of them, but nothing works. I've spent another $100 on remedies, but my plants are still infested. Some plants have died because of the treatments. I don't want to feel itchy and see bugs crawling on me. Don't buy plants from here. Your shipment will be infested with bugs too. It's not worth it.

I bought some plants from Great Garden Plants website. They said I could get my money back if the plants didn't grow within 30 days. I got two plants for $49, but one is doing good and the other is drying up. I got them on June 14th, and I tried to call them on Monday and Tuesday, but no one answered. I sent them some emails today because I need help getting a refund or a new plant. The one that's not doing well cost $19.00.

I ordered some plants from Great Garden Plants (#***) on April 9th. I got 2 hidcote lavender, 2 white gold bleeding hearts, and 2 dolce wildberry coral bells. I did everything right when planting them, but they didn't grow. I told the company about it on May 1st and May 5th, but they haven't said anything back. They say they have a 30 day guarantee on their website.

I ordered some plants from Great Garden Plants (Order #***) on 4/12 and asked them to ship on 4/13. But I still haven't got them yet. I emailed them to cancel my order and get my money back on 4/19, but they didn't get back to me. So, I emailed them again on 4/22 to ask what's going on, but they still didn't reply. I even called them, but no one picked up the phone and they didn't call me back.

I ordered from Great Garden Plants on 4/14 and my order is still pending. I tried to contact customer service through phone and email, but no one answered. I want either a refund or my items shipped. They say they guarantee shipment within 5 days, but my order is still pending. I also tried to reach them on social media, but no response. I noticed other customers on their social media page (***) have the same problem. It's weird that they have time to post marketing pictures every day, but can't respond to their customers.

I bought from Great Garden Plants last year and this year too. On June 14, 2022, I ordered one Incrediball Smooth Hydrangea one quart plant. It came on June 17, 2022. It didn't look good, but the stems were still green, so I planted it and kept it watered. As of July 13, 2022, it seems dead. I want a refund or a new plant from Great Garden Plants. I'd be happy with the same plant. When we spend our money, we want good stuff. I don't think this was a healthy plant, or it got too hot or dry during shipping. If Great Garden Plants sends me a new one, I'll plant it and water it again.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Great Garden Plants and they said they'd send it on April 20th, but I haven't heard anything since. I ordered on April 12th and got an email saying they'd ship it within two business days of the date I picked. I got Flights of Fancy, Hemerocallis 'Storm Shelter', Kniphofia 'Flamenco', and Pachysandra terminalis -Jumbo Landscape Plugs. I tried to get in touch with them but they don't answer the phone and haven't replied to my emails.

I emailed this biz online yesterday (June 9). 5 mins later, I realized I ordered too many flowers for my garden. I emailed them right away to cancel my order. This morning, they said they won't cancel my order cuz it already shipped. But I don't have any notifications that it shipped. Their website says it takes 3 days to ship, but not to get it in 3 days. I canceled right away, but they won't give me my money back. They're still doing the order even though I emailed to cancel. I want my order canceled and my money back.

I want my money back! I ordered 12 "Thuja Full Speed A Hedge" American Pillar trees from Great Garden Plants on April 16. They arrived on April 24, but they were way smaller than what the company advertised. I paid $23.99 per tree, but they were only 16 inches tall on average instead of the 28 inches they promised. I tried emailing and calling the company, but they didn't respond. I even noticed that they changed the plant size on their website from 28 inches to 20 inches. After only two weeks, half of the plants are already turning brown and bending down. They look like they were just cuttings and are too weak to survive outside. I'm so mad that I fell for their "full speed a hedge" hype. They promised a "GUARANTEED REFUND WITHIN 30 DAY" policy, but they're not responding to my complaints. I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to help me get my $305.15 back within the next 10-15 days.

I ordered sum plants from Great Garden Plants on 4/18. They was supposed to ship on 4/24 but they didn't. I tried to call and email but nobody answered. Finally got an email on 5/2 sayin most of the plants would ship on May 8th but one wouldn't ship until June. I found some of the plants at Walmart and bought them cuz I needed them for Mother's Day. I don't think the small plants they're sending will survive the heat. I already replaced one of the plants. They shoulda told me about the shipping changes. I just want my money back now.
