Gatlin Brothers Heat & Air

I had Gatlin Brothers Heat & Air, Inc. install my HVAC system on 7/7 for $13,000. They put in an air conditioning system and everything seemed fine until 5/13/2022 when I noticed my *** was leaking water and the paint was buckling. I called the company and they sent someone out who said it was just a dirty air filter, but I knew that wasn't the case because I had just changed it a little over a month ago. There was also an issue with my furnace in the winter, but they came out and fixed it. They even showed me a video of what they missed during installation. However, when I asked them to fix the *** before it became a mold concern, the owner, TJ, refused to do anything. When I threatened to report them to the ComplaintsBoard.com, he accused me of being intoxicated when his employees came to my home, which was completely untrue and unprofessional. I have pictures of the damage and audio of the rude employee who came to look at the issue.
