I had a little car accident on May 29th and the Frankenmuths client was totally at fault. They hit me up and asked for pics of the damage and for the cost of an estimate at the body shop I picked. I sent them the info on Jun 7th. On June 26th I called to check in and left voicemails, but didn't hear back until June 28th when they said they needed more info from the estimate. I sent it on June 29th. Then they went radio silent again. I emailed them on July 18th asking for a solution, but got no response. On July 22nd I got an automated email saying the check was in the mail. I got the check on July 28th, but it had the wrong name on it so I couldn't cash it to pay for repairs. It's been two months now for something that should have taken only a few weeks to fix and all I have is a truck that's getting worse and a worthless check.
