Windows and doors

I was having issues with both doors the front door the guy threw away a piece of the door left it on the other door and I needed it on the new door, but it got thrown away so my lock just kept spinning it wouldnâ€™t lock it wouldnâ€™t catch so I had to go buy another lock. I did that well I had someone else to put it on cause it took them forever to get out...
