Terrible Customer Service: Avoid FlyNumber at All Costs
FlyNumber is hands down the worst when it comes to customer service. I mean, seriously, it's absolutely horrible. Once you've forked over your hard-earned cash, they just leave you hanging. They won't even bother responding to your emails, phone calls, or support tickets. It's like they've vanished into thin air. And don't even get me started on how they handle issues with their service. You could explain till you're blue in the face that something isn't working, but they won't lift a finger to help you out.
I strongly advise you to steer clear of FlyNumber. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

Unlawful & Discriminatory Practices
First, they refused to process my payment.
Then, they blocked my IP address after I opened a ticket.
Then, they wrote: "Let us kindly inform you, that German registration requirements have recently changed. In order to purchase German DIDs, it is necessary to provide us with German citizen passport/ID as well as proof of address in the same city as DID ordered. Please let us know and we can refund payment Nick"
I wouldn't recommend FlyNumber. They take your payment and nothing happens. When you contact them they say they will 'update' you but nothing again. No phone number and when you do receive a phone number no calls.
yes. They have also done exactly same with me. They processed the payment and stop responding. They have also blocked my IP address now. I have open dispute with paypal.
I am not sure if I will get my money back or not.
I tried to use FlyNumber, I paid and got my local phone number in Croatia. If you call the local number, the call is really forwarded to my cell.
But the trouble emerged when I wanted to call from my new local FlyNumber: they sent a bunch of confusing manuals, incomprehensible applications (PBX, SIP, etc.) that I was not able to install. When I reported, they send some user ID and pass for an application that I was not able to find.
All I wanted is to click and call. No confusing apps. Imagine what would happen if we have to graduate from IT Academy in order to make a landline call.
I don't intend to spend a week time examining their apps and hire an IT guy to help me with all these server names.
Of course, they refused to refund the money, now we are having a dispute at PayPal.
If you don't have extra IT knowledge, don't mess up with them, because you'll just loose your money and time.
