First Northern Credit Union I bought a car from a dealership on 8 Jan 2022

I bought a car on 8 Jan 2022. They lied about needing extra warranties, so I cancelled them, costing $4,518. Filo Lending Options financed my loan, later sold to First Northern Credit Union. I cancelled the warranties post-sale, but the dealership sent the refund to the Credit Union. Filo claimed to have sent the checks, unsure if the Credit Union cashed them. The Credit Union reported not receiving the funds, estimating a month's wait. The dealership's actions seem intentional. Filo and the Credit Union appear to be in collusion, reluctant to credit my account. I seek resolution and compensation for the delay.
