Etekcity

Etekcity got some real problems with their customer service. They be actin' all unprofessional and rude when you tryna return somethin' or get a warranty. They even be sendin' out used and busted up stuff, and then takin' forever to give you your money back. That ain't cool at all.

I got a message about the recall and sent in my claim more than 4 weeks ago. I took perfect pics showing the cut cord, batch number, etc. But my claim hasn't been reviewed for over 4 weeks. When I call, they say there were double batch numbers made, so I gotta upload new pics with new batch numbers given by the company. I did this twice and was told to send them to the company handling the calls. But those haven't been worked on. They "escalated" my claim 3-4 times and I talked to lots of supervisors. Cosori's phone lines are off and I'm getting the runaround. It's a bummer cuz I spent over 100$ on this and I'm stuck with no response. I got a useless box at home cuz the cord's cut and the unit's unusable. I told all my friends to get this AF but now, after this, I won't buy another Cosori or Etekcity product.
