I have been client from more than 10 years in emag.bg

I always bought from Bulgarian distribution and never had a problem.

On May 2023 I have ordered from distributor from Poland that was registered in emag.bg, and after receiving the product it was damaged beyond usable condition.

So complain was made and there was month delay for the shipment back and now it is almost October and nobody answer my request for 200€ refund.

Are you kidding me! What kind of customer service are you? You did not even check the previous conversations, since more than 2 months you people are playing with me and wasting my time. I need my money back.

If you don't fix this issue, I will make an official complaint to the European commission and to the national consumer complaint center. I will sue you.

Read the previous emails I have sent and you keep wasting my time for two months now.

I am attaching again some screenshots so you can check them and stop being a reboot and check properly before you reply.
