I ordered from Duncraft on April 24 and got Order #XXXXXXX
I ordered from Duncraft on April 24 and got Order #XXXXXXX. But, I had to return it on May 14. I opened one box to get the slip and sent back the 2 packages using Fedex (*** and XXXXXXXXXXXX). They got it on May 15. I called them on May 18th and they said it would take 10 to 12 days to get my refund. I called them on June 1st, but they ain't picking up the phone no more. I left them a message and sent them an email on June 1. Today, I sent them another email and left them a message. I paid with my paypal credit card and had to pay for shipping too.

I told them again on April 27, but they still don't stop. They said to wait 4-8 weeks, but it's been too long. This is not okay and I want them to stop now. I don't want to hear any more excuses.
