I got a pair of Drew Shoes Toledo Style that I've had for less than a year, and the soles are falling off in pieces. I reached out to a customer service representative named Julie, and she's asking for more details. I explained that I've stored the shoes in my closet and gave her all the information I could. These shoes cost $160 when new. I let her know that I don't expect a full refund, but I hope for some sort of compensation. Unfortunately, I don't have the original receipt or the box.
